REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At Gunë, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return most items within a set period for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Certain items, such as custom-made products, clearance items, and perishable goods, are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

The reason for the return
Details of the item(s) you wish to return
Once your request is processed, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can do so within 14 days of the original purchase. The exchange process follows a similar procedure to the return process, and any price differences will be handled at the time of the exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
