2.1 Orders are complete when received by the Seller.
2.2 You must inform the Seller of any unauthorized use of your personal info.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to reject orders from users who violate these Terms.
2.4 Purchases are completed upon accepting these Terms.

  1. Product Availability

3.1 Product availability is subject to change.
3.2 If unavailable, you’ll be notified and may request cancellation or alternatives.
3.3 Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within 7 days.

  1. Prices

4.1 Prices include VAT.
4.2 The Seller may change prices but will charge the price at the time of order.
4.3 Shipping costs apply to orders under a specified amount.

5.1 Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
5.2 Payments via PayPal are processed through PayPal’s secure system.

  1. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is available within Europe.
6.2 Delivery time is approximately 75 days, with a possible extension of 30 days.
6.3 You must inspect the package upon receipt.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Consumers can cancel the contract within 14 days without reason.
7.2 The withdrawal period ends 14 days after receiving the product.

  1. Product Returns

8.1 Returns must be made within the withdrawal period, in original condition, and with packaging.
8.2 Approved returns will be refunded, including shipping costs (except for additional shipping fees).

9.1 The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except for gross negligence.
9.2 The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors.

  1. Intellectual Property
